Travis Scott Announces Release Date Of AstroWorld

After much speculation over when the third studio album, “ASTROWORLD” is going to be released, Travis Scott finally announced that the album is scheduled to be released on August 3rd. Travis’ last solo album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, was released in 2016.

After Scott released the trailer for the upcoming album and confirmed the release date yesterday (July 30), Today Travis revealed the artwork for Astroworld, paying tribute to the Texas theme park Scott visited during his childhood. The album art shows an image of children at an amusement park as a family enters through a gold, inflated Travis Scott head. Earlier last week, A giant golden Travy head appeared on the top of the classic Amoeba Music store in Los Angeles, starting a trend of golden Travis heads popping up in different metropolitan cities, including Houston (his hometown), Atlanta and New York City.
